DEPENDS and buildscript

When building KDE apps with tinderbox, it chokes with the x11/kdelibs
port, as it contains the following line:

DEPENDS=        ${PORTSDIR}/misc/kdehier

Pav mentioned that the buildscript only checks for build-depends and
run-depends - but not this kind of depends.
