Removal of tinderd in HEAD

Hrm.  Deathly silence.  Maybe I can hear the sound of a cricket or  
two chirping in the background?

Barring any screams, I'm planning on doing this tomorrow (Wednesday)  
morning (Pacific time).

Shortly after that, there will be some additional preparatory patches  
to allow for a central /tbox (or /space, or whatever) directory to be  
NFS-mounted across multiple machines, and cunning use of a  
HOST_WORKDIR configuration variable (used to be JAIL_OBJDIR),  
pointing at per-machine local filesystems for building jails and  
builds etc., which is the last (I think) remaining step before  
cranking out the distributed code.
