ANNOUNCE: Tinderbox 2.2.1 is now available

Some recently discovered bugs in Tinderbox 2.2.0 have prompted a release
of 2.2.1.  This release does not include any schema changes or feature
additions, so upgrading is as simple as copying files.  The bugs fixed
in this release are:

* Fix a bug where linprocfs was being unmounted by linux_base thus
causing Java ports to fail.

* Fix a bug that cause enterbuild to report that the given Build did not
exist.

* Increase filesize limit to 300 MB to accommodate OpenOffice distfiles.
