Just a small style-nit - Better normalizing this and implementing it in
an extra dependency-table with port-id, dependency-port-id and sequence
(to have some order - if needed) instead of having a comma seperated list
of values in one entry (which is undermining the DB benefit ;)
It should be also enough to implement only one way of dependency (top
down or down top - depends on, or required by)
