How to point to an existing ports tree?

Hi,

  I have a ports tree with some changes that I want to test in the
tinderbox.  I tried to create a PortsTree with it, using

./create PortsTree -p FreeBSD-bsd-port-mk-quotes -m /a/fenner/bsd-port-mk-quotes/ports/

and it mounted my tree and then ran cvsup on it.  How can I tell it
that the directory that I'm giving it is already in the state that I
want it to be in?
