no BuildPortsQueue configured in the datastore

Howdy folks,

I finally pulled myself together to install tinderbox now that I
actually might lose access to my testing machine (something tells me
they're going to force me to run Windows(r) on my workstation soon).

Anyway, I've probably overlooked something, but trying to start tinderd
gives me the following error:
ERROR: There is no BuildPortsQueue configured in the datastore.

Looking through the SQL tables, I don't see any obvious value that's
missing. So before I start hitting the source, I'll thought I'd ask here
first as a good little newbie :-)
