does -noduds still work?

Hi,

net/cyphesis is BROKEN for 4, but shouldn't the option -noduds trigger a
build anyway?

./tc tinderbuild -b 4-FreeBSD-i386-cvs net/cyphesis -noduds

But the log shows:
