I'm *really* close to finish off lower-casing of the schema, and  
removing all the hacks.  Of course, this is a fairly fundamental  
change, and one that's not likely to be easily managed with an  
upgrade.sql script, but I'm not convinced that in and of itself, it's  
worthy of a major release -- I'd like to see clustering being the  
raison-d'etre for a 3.0

Thoughts?
