port not built but no error logged

Yes, it should have built in the foreground provided the port was
allowed for the given build.  Since the port is in the datastore already
(you said you could see it via the web), it may not be a valid port for
build 4-myPT.  Therefore, try adding it again.  If it still fails, I
need to see the logs.
