my own patches

Hi,

This patch is against 2.3.1.

It adds :
* -e option to addBuildPortsQueueEntry to allow an email to be sent.
* -p <port> to sendBuildCompletionMail so that I know what port finished
  building on some build.
* A port was automatically removed from the build queue if it was not
enqueued any more (that is, finished) after 7 hours, it happens that I've
tried to build some port that depended on most of KDE, and it took way
longer than that to build so as soon as it was not in the ENQUEUED status,
it was removed, so I changed the condition from 7 hours after enqueue_date
to 7 hours after completion date (even though something like 12 or 24
  hours would do nicely too)
* the *tcp* option to mount, because tcp is really what should be used now.
(and in my case, it really helps a lot.)

The last two chunks are not really needed, but well, I've included them
anyway, they
* change the refresh time on the latest build port page from 5 minutes to 30
second (I like to see things moving)
* add links to the tinderd queue page so that I don't have to go back to the
home page back to go where I need.
