ANNOUNCE: Tinderbox 2.3.2 released

Tinderbox 2.3.2 is now available.  This release is yet another bug fix
release including some fixes for some very old bugs.  It does bring in
some new tbcleanup improvements which will make Tinderbox friendlier
when it comes to MOVED ports.  Key changes in this release include:

* Documentation for the various .env files

* Closer replication of the build process on pointyhat

* Better handling of dependencies

* tc addPort now properly updates ports that already exist in the
datastore

* tc tbcleanup cleans up a lot more

* Support has been added for custom cvsweb URLs

* Various grammar improvements
