regression-test: install

Hello,

Some ports provide a test target, and this is an interesting feature;
some of them are intended to be run after the build, but some must be
launched after the installation.

For the second type, I have tried to set

regression-test:        install

and in this case the regression-test (Phase 5) triggers the
installation, everything runs fine, but... tinderbuild fails with a
fatal error

Fatal error: filesystem was touched prior to 'make install' phase

and the package is not built.

Have you a work-around for this problem?
