How-to respect NOCCACHE?

Hello,

I'm working on a port which is not supported by ccache. I have set
NOCCACHE=yes, but when building in my tinderbox I have to disable ccache
manually (./tc configCcache -d).

Is it possible to enable / disable ccache automatically according to
NOCCACHE (or another variable)?
