Newbie question - own port patches

Hello,

curently we have more different servergroups (mailservers,  
webservers) with different port sets. We also have our own port  
patches which are providing additional functionality for our servers.

Is it possible to use tinderbox to build these different packages  
sets for our servergroups ?

(I would need to add some patches to port's files directory and  
sometimes also change Makefile before building particular package for  
some servegroup)
