ANNOUNCE: Tinderbox 2.4.0 Release Candidate 2 released

Due to a boneheaded move on my part, I forgot to include the new Hook.pm
in the tinderbox-2.4.0.r1 tarball.  I have, therefore, rolled
tinderbox-2.4.0.r2.tar.gz to correct this.  Thanks to Martin Wilke for
the report.
