I've just committed the change that removes the Hosts table.

Regretfully, given the invasive nature within the schemas, unless  
someone[tm] can come up with a magic migration script, any  
tinderboxes running HEAD are going to have to be blown away and done  
from scratch.  Sorry about this, I tried to figure out a solution,  
but failed :(
