How can one create RELENG_6 Jail on a -current system?

I was scratched my head trying to understand white patching did not occur 
until I finally discovered that src tree is mounted read-only. ;-)

[I use nullfs-mounted sources, updated via cvs] 

Patched by hand, and rebuilding my jail now.
