False-positive perl "leftovers"

Hi folks,
This is with tinderbox-HEAD, though I'm assuming the problem exists
with 2.x
I'm getting a number of false-positive "leftover" reports on port
builds, of the form:
=== Checking filesystem state after all packages deleted
================================================================
list of files present on clean system but missing after everything
was deinstalled)
./usr/bin/perl missing
./usr/bin/perl5 missing
================================================================
This seems to be happening randomly (at least, I haven't yet found
any kind of pattern).
Example logfile can be found at:
http://tinderbox.lovett.com/logs/6-i386-autoconf261/
sccmilter-0.95.7_1.log
(this build is a relatively large one, ~900 ports, migrating from
autoconf-2.5x -> 2.61). Naturally, a lot (most?) of these ports have
perl somewhere as a dependency, so I'm really confused as to why
certain builds get tagged with this.
Ideas?
