postgresql-contrib problem

Hi,

I'm trying to build postgresql-contrib in my tinderbox and it fails with 
distinfo_upgrade error.
I have WITH_PGSQL_VER=83 in my build.env and all ports builds with 
postgresql 8.3.3 without any problem.
Is it possible to fix it?
