More tindy woes.

The sysadmin loaded the kernel module, but it still doesn't work due 
to permission problems. According to the jail manpage it only works 
for jail friendly filesystems. Am I completely dead in the water 
trying to do this or nis there some way to access the ports tree 
directly?
