RFC: cleaning up the schemas

Two options that I can see:

1.  tinderbox-mysql.schema -> sql/schema.mysql.pre
     tinderbox-pgsql.schema -> sql/schema.pgsql.pre

     (followed by ripping things apart for the values.* files)

2.  as #1, but also

     tinderbox-mysql.schema -> sql/schema.mysql.post (one line file)
     tinderbox-mysql.schema -> sql/values.{config,hooks,pfp,pfr}

     (which would cover everything)

I think #2 is overkill, but I'm open to suggestions.
