RFC: cleaning up the schemas

Ok.  This has been done.  I haven't touched the tinderweb README's,  
since the schema section there appears to be out of date with the  
actual README (no mention of pgsql for example).

This is probably best left to someone with a little more HTML-fu than  
me, ensuring that the HTML and text versions are fully in sync, prior  
to 3.0
