DB migration wrong ?

Hi,

At least for people using the port (upgrading from 3.0.0 to 3.1.1) this
patch
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/ports-mgmt/tinderbox/files/patch-lib__tc_command.sh
seems to be needed.
