tc init problem

I'm trying to get tinderbox working on 7.2-RELEASE with the latest port.

I can complete the "./tc Setup" correctly, and the mysql schema gets
converted nicely into the database. I am then instructed to check the
created files amnd then run "./tc init", however I see a message that
says I should run "./tc Setup" before running any other commands - even
though I have already successfully completed this step.

What's wrong?
