What is your host OS version? It is recommended to run TB on -CURRENT
as all of the necessary kernel hooks will be there. If you are not
running on -CURRENT, then trying to build ports with a -CURRENT userland
and a non-CURRENT kernel may result in failures. The only
recommendation I can provide would be to upgrade the host.
