Fighting distfile mirrors.

Hello.

I'm trying to build a port (emulators/qemu) that uses
a list of mirrors that are so unreliable the port has
failed to build some twenty times now (wasting my entire
afternoon) due to distfile fetch failures.

I've managed to get hold of the distfile but cannot work
out how to get tinderbox to use that rather than attempting
to re-download the distfile over and over.

I've enabled a nullfs distfile cache but it has no effect.

  sudo ./tc configDistfile -c /usr/local/tinderbox/distfiles

Any way out of this?
