whole jail contents in `leftovers'

Hi!
I've just upgraded my tinderbox machine to current and noticed a
strange bug - some ports (3 of ~800 for now) randomly end up in
`leftovers' state, and in the log the whole jail contents are listed
under leftovers. That is, /proc contents, /usr etc. Here's example
log of this: [1] (7MB). The next time I build the very same port, there
are no leftovers.
The breakage is likely due to kernel changes, as my tinderd runs in a
chroot that still has 7.0-RELEASE environment.
Actually, my tinderbox installation is quite old (CVS from Feb 02), and
I'll try to update it as well as it's chroot contents, but maybe the bug
is already known and it'll save me some efforts :)
