mount nfs even nullfs is configured

Is the -nullfs arg to tinderbuild not what you want:

usage:  tc tinderbuild
        -b <build name> [-init] [-cleanpackages] [-updateports]
        [-skipmake] [-noclean] [-noduds] [-plistcheck] [-nullfs]
        [-cleandistfiles] [-fetch-original] [-onceonly]
        [portdir/portname [...]]
