FreeBSD 10 64bit host 32bit jail error's

I face at the moment some new problems with building i386 jails under 
FreeBSD 10 64bit host system,

System is a 64bit FreeBSD 10 system (FreeBSD 10.0-CURRENT #3 r227020M)
I want to create a 10-i386 jail and it failed, the tindy already has a 
existing 9-i386 jail even that failed
with the same error

have someone of you faced the same issues and if yes how did u fix that, 
any help is really appreciated.
