As I've said I use this patch since about a year so 9-stable as 
tinderbox host is not a problem at all. In fact my tinderbox is also on 
9-stable from 15th September. I have just verified that building a 
7-stable tinderbox jail also works fine and it did build successfully 
without a problem. So I don't see any problems with this patch.
