tinderbox not catching some packaging errors

Hey folks,

Whilst doing some extensive port building work, I noticed that there
appears to be a minor issue with tinderbox not catching some
packaging errors.

Now, the problem in question was absolutely a pilot-error typo with a
couple of files being specified twice in the pkg-plist.

 From the logfile:

[...]
Creating bzip'd tar ball in '/tmp/packages/All/transcode-1.0.2.tbz'
Deleting transcode-1.0.2
pkg_delete: file '/usr/local/lib/transcode/import_oss.a' doesn't exist
pkg_delete: file '/usr/local/lib/transcode/import_oss.la' doesn't exist
pkg_delete: file '/usr/local/lib/transcode/import_oss.so' doesn't exist
pkg_delete: couldn't entirely delete package (perhaps the packing
list is
incorrectly specified?)
[...]

This happens at stage 7, just before the filesystem checks.
Tinderbox actually marked the port as successfully built, yet it is a
bug.

Ideas how to fix this?
