If ACCESS directory contains a file called ``ports.tmpl'' then that file
will be loaded first. After that, if there is a sub-directory named
after the PID, and that sub-directory contains a file named ``ports.tmpl'' it
will be loaded and appended to the general ACCESS directives. After
that, if there is a sub-directory corresponding to the access VLAN (e.g.,
``210'') and that sub-directory contains a file named ``ports.tmpl''
then it will be loaded and appended to the general ACCESS directives.
Finally, within that VLAN sub-directory, if there is a sub-drectory
named after the PID, and that sub-directory contains a file named
``ports.tmpl'' it will be loaded and appended to the general ACCESS
directives.
