If DYNAMIC directory contains a file called ``ports.tmpl'' then that file
will be loaded first. After that, if there is a sub-directory named
after the PID, and that sub-directory contains a file named ``ports.tmpl'' it
will be loaded and appended to the general DYNAMIC directives.
