If TRUNK directory contains a file called ``ports.tmpl'' then that file
will be loaded first. After that, if there is a sub-directory named
after the PID, and that sub-directory contains a file named ``ports.tmpl'' it
will be loaded and appended to the general TRUNK directives. If the
port is an uplink trunk port, then the same order of operation will be
performed for ``ports.tmpl'' files in the uplink and uplink/PID
sub-directories. Those directives will be added to the general trunk
port directives.
